Paul Bailey Orlowsky

Paul Bailey Orlowsky, age 79, of Newville, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 17, 2023 surrounded by his family at his home. He was born December 8, 1943 in Butler, PA, the son of the late Samuel Paul and HelenMae (Irvin) Orlowsky.

Paul graduated in the Class of 1962 from Lower Dauphin High School in Hummelstown. He went on to work for Smith Corona starting out as a Shipper then worked his way up to be a Technician and retired after working 33 years. With that job he was able to travel all over the country and the world. He was a lifetime member of National Rifle Association. In his spare time, Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting knives, wood-working and archery.

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Shirley Anne (Mrakovich) Orlowsky of Newville; two daughters, April Ann Orlowsky, Pasadena, TX and Sherry Lynn Orlowsky-Shearer and her husband, Michael of Fuquay Varina, NC; six grandchildren, Elizabeth, Lucky, Nathan, Erica and Bailey and Connor and his sister, Janice Lewis and her husband, Richard of Harrisburg, PA. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his sister, Helenann Lowery.

Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Memorial Services are at the discretion of the family.
