Paul "Sam" E. Heller

Paul "Sam" E. Heller, age 86 of Biglerville, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Golden Living in Gettysburg. He was born Tuesday, November 9, 1926 in Menallen Township, Adams County, the son of the late Elmer H. and Virgie M. (Beamer) Heller. Paul was formerly employed by Inland Container for 35 years. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and taking care of his property. Paul was a life member of the Arendtsville Fire Company. He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Rhoda M. (Wallace) Heller. He is also survived by sons: Jesse F. and wife Tina Heller of Orrtanna and Brian R. and wife Dawn Heller of Biglerville; one sister, Shirley M. Cashman of Arendtsville, two grandchildren Cody and Ashley Heller, two step-grandchildren, Sam and Heather Strasbaugh, several nieces and nephews, and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ralph and Mary Ellen Wallace of Dover. He was preceded in death by a sister, Marvel E. Kump and a brother, Glenn R. Heller. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 2 in Wenksville Cemetery, 2008 Wenksville Road, Biglerville with Reverend Rick Robinson officiating. A viewing will be held at Dugan Funeral Home, 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville on Saturday, November 2 from 12:30 until 1:30 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Arendtsville Fire Company, P.O.
