Paulette Jane (Witman) Moyer, 79, of Biglerville, formerly of Pottstown, and former longtime resident of Royersford, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at her home.
Paulette is survived by her daughter, Karen (Robert) Hendricks of Mechanicsburg; son, Kevin (Jennifer) Moyer of Manassas, VA; four grandchildren; brother, Thomas Witman and wife, Susan; brother-in-law, Willard Moyer and many nieces and nephews who all loved her dearly. Born on January 4, 1947 in Pottstown, Paulette was a daughter of the late William George Witman and Pauline Jeanette (Dankel) Witman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard and brother, William “Skip” Witman.
Throughout her life, Paulette was dedicated to her family and the church. She was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Biglerville, where she would make quilts and donate them to the Lutheran World Relief. Having graduated from Empire Beauty School, she was a beautician by trade.
Paulette loved outdoor activities with her family, including camping, gardening, and especially hiking with her husband. She also enjoyed cooking, canning, cross word puzzles and family game nights.
Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd.., 111 South Main St., Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 25 Franklin St., Biglerville, PA 17307, preceded by a Viewing from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with Pastor Ryan Heycock officiating. Paulette will be laid to rest, beside her husband, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Paulette Moyer Memorial Fund, St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 25 Franklin St., Biglerville, PA 17307. Friends may express online condolences at www.DuganFH.com.
