Pauline Muriel Clark, of Shippensburg, formerly of Nashua NH, passed away at home on July 3rd, 2022 following a long illness. She was 84 years old. She proudly bore the title of 'homemaker' for all of the 49 years that she was married to Bob Clark. Her son Rob says she was about the best mother he could have possibly asked for and was always proud of him. She had a beautiful little garden at their home in Nashua, New Hampshire into which she invested hundreds of hours of care. She decorated her house throughout the year but especially at Christmas time when it looked like a museum of nutcrackers and her favorite, Santa Clauses. She was a quilter for many years and also collected colonial and Victorian antiques. She was always happy to have her friends over for tea and was a big fan of BBC shows like Downtown Abbey. Pauline was always known as a fashionista, dressed to the nines, and would not leave the house unless she looked ready to attend a fancy soiree. She was always very curious about the world and in later years she attended many classes at the local community college. So, goodbye to our mom, friend, confidante, and biggest supporter. We hope you find our dog Barcklay waiting for you after terrorizing the heavenly host for the past 20 years; and all of the family members you have missed through the years. We know we will see you again one day. Please ask the Lord to look after us for the time being. She is survived by her husband Bob, her son, Rob and his spouse Ying, and her twin granddaughters, Christine and Noelle (6), all of Shippensburg. She is also survived by her siblings, Roland Bernier, Thomas Bernier, and Patricia Mellin. She is predeceased by her parents, Roland and Yvonne Bernier. Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive Shippensburg. In accordance with her wishes, there will not be a public viewing, but there will be a fellowship and remembrance gathering with refreshments at the Breadbasket Bakery in Shippensburg, 306 E Garfield Street, at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 9th 2022. In lieu of flowers, please make a small donation to the Humane Society or an animal shelter of your choice.
