Perry Edward Mickey

Perry Edward Mickey, 67, of Lancaster County, formerly of Biglerville, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, 25 February 2010, at Lancaster General Hospital, after a courageous battle with a terminal lung disease. He is the son of Hilda (Kuykendall) Mickey and the late Edward B. Mickey of Aspers. He is survived by his spouse Loretta (Tanner) Mickey; two daughters: Josie and her husband Eric Chapman of Columbia MO; Susan and her husband John Synden of Ephrata, PA; four grandchildren: Devin and Makenna Chapman of Columbia, MO, and Rachel and Sierra Synden of Ephrata, PA. Two brothers:James and wife Vicki of Waynesboro, PA and Thomas and wife Lisa of Mt. Holly Springs, PA. He was preceded in death by his son Daryl L. Mickey. Arrangements are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc, Bendersville, PA. The Funeral Service will be held at Centenary United Methodist Church, Main Street Biglerville, PA on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 2 p.m. withReverend Matthew Loyer and Pastor Brian Mann officiating. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Lake Meade Road, York Springs, PA. In lieu of flowers those wishing to make memorial gifts may do so to the charity or church of their choice.
