Phillip J. Hamrick

Phillip John Hamrick, age 81 of Shippensburg, passed away December 18, 2025 at home. He was born March 31, 1944 in Littington, WV to the late Leva V. (Howdyshell) Hamrick. Phillip was a US Army veteran and truck driver for ABF Freight. He enjoyed watching football and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 50+ years, Lorena M. (Finch) Hamrick; daughter, Frances Hamrick of Shippensburg; sister, Phyllis Howard; niece, Lisa Howard and nephew, Michael Howard and wife, Lori.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. At Phillip’s request, there will be no viewing. Friends are invited to a memorial service on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Shippensburg Church of the Nazarene, 429 E. Orange Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257 at 1:00pm.
