Randall T. Cowder, age 58, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at his residence in Fayetteville. He was born June 15, 1962 in Niagara Falls, New York, the son of the late Grover and Jonatha (Kline) Cowder. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper, Shippensburg. Memorial Services are at the discretion of the family.
