Rhoda H. Heller

Rhoda M. Heller, age 78 of Biglerville, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the home of her son. She was born Friday, November 1, 1935 in York County, the daughter of the late Raymond and Virgie (Hartman) Wallace. Rhoda was formerly employed by Taylor's Greenhouse for 35 years. She had also worked at the Round Barn Fruit Stand and McDannell's Fruit Farm Market. She was a member of Wenksville United Methodist Church and the Arendtsville Fire Company Auxiliary. Her husband, Paul E. Heller passed away October 29, 2013. She is survived by two sons, Jesse F. and wife Tina Heller of Orrtanna, Brian R. and wife Dawn Heller of Biglerville, a brother, Ralph Wallace and wife Mary Ellen of Dover, two grandchildren, Cody and Ashley R. Heller, both of Biglerville and two step-grandchildren, Samuel A. and Heather N. Strasbaugh, both of Orrtanna. A special friend, Julie Heller of Biglerville also survived her. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 6 at Dugan Funeral Home with Reverend Rick Robinson officiating. Interment will be in Wenksville Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to Arendtsville Fire Company, PO Box 482, Arendtsville, PA 17303 or a favorite charity.
