Ricardo Hernández Corona, quien falleció pacíficamente el 10 de febrero de 2026 a la edad de 53 años. Ricardo nació el 24 de febrero de 1972 en Aquiles Serdán, Michoacán, México. Amado esposo, padre y hermano, residió en Biglerville, Pensilvania, donde dedicó su vida a su familia y a su trabajo en la industria agrícola como trabajador de huertas. Devoto miembro de la Parroquia Católica de San Francisco Javier en Gettysburg, la fe de Ricardo fue un pilar fundamental de su vida.

Su sólida ética de trabajo y compromiso con su familia se hicieron evidentes en todo lo que hacía. Le sobreviven su amada esposa, María Reyes-Lúa, y sus tres hijas, Alondra, Vanessa y Edith Hernández; y un hermano, Gilberto Hernández; cuatro hermanas en México; tres nietos; y numerosos sobrinos y sobrinas. Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Eliseo Hernández Arredondo y Ma De Jesús Corona Jacobo; y un hermano.

La misa de entierro cristiano se llevará a cabo el jueves 19 de febrero de 2026 a las 11:00 a. m. en la Parroquia Católica de San Francisco Javier, 25 W. High Street, Gettysburg, donde familiares y amigos se reunirán para celebrar la vida de Ricardo, compartir recuerdos y orar por su paz eterna. El velatorio se realizará una hora antes del servicio. También se realizará un velatorio el miércoles 18 de febrero de 2026 de 5:00 p. m. a 7:00 p. m. en Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville. Ricardo será enterrado en el Panteón San Ángel en Aquiles Serdán, México.




Ricardo Hernandez Corona, who passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026, at the age of 53. Ricardo was born on February 24, 1972, in Aquiles Serdan, Michoacán, Mexico. A cherished husband, father, and brother, he made his home in Biglerville, Pennsylvania, where he lived a life dedicated to his family and work in the agricultural industry as an orchard worker. A devoted member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Parish in Gettysburg, Ricardo's faith was a cornerstone of his life. Ricardo's strong work ethic and commitment to his family were evident in everything he did. 

He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Reyes-Lua, and his three daughters, Alondra, Vanessa, and Edith Hernandez; and one brother, Gilberto Hernandez; four sisters in Mexico; three grandsons; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eliseo Hernandez Arredondo and Ma De Jesus Corona Jacobo; and one brother. 

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 111 S. Main Street in Bendersville. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday February 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Parish, 25 W. High Street, Gettysburg, where family and friends will gather to celebrate Ricardo's life, share memories, and offer prayers for his eternal peace. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. A viewing will also be held on Wednesday February 18, 2026 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Dugan Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 111 S. Main Street in Bendersville. Ricardo will be laid to rest in San Angel Cemetery in Aquiles Serdan, Mexico.
