Richard D. Bosley

Richard D. (Rick) Bosley, age 64, beloved brother, uncle and friend of Aspers, formerly of York Springs, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014. He was born Friday, July 21, 1950 in Cumberland, MD, the son of the late Bruce H. and Myrtle V. (Weese) Bosley. Richard retired from Capital Blue Cross of Harrisburg after many years of service. He had also been employed by Kelly Springfield Tire in Cumberland, MD. He is survived by his sister, Bonnie and husband Randy Powell of Aspers; two brothers, Rodney W. Bosley, Sr. of Orlando, and Ronald L. and wife Linda Bosley of Ridgeley, WV; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; one great-great-niece and two great-great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Bruce H. Bosley, Jr. and sister-in-law Verna "Honey" Bosley. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, November 15 at Wenksville United Methodist Church, 2010 Wenksville Road, Biglerville with Reverend Rick Robinson officiating. A luncheon will be held following his service. The family requests the omission of flowers at his service. Memorial contributions may be made to Lutheran Home Care Hospice, 260 W.
