Richard L. Miller, age 69 of Biglerville, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Golden Living in Gettysburg. He was born Tuesday, September 7, 1943 in York Springs, the son of the late Merle E. and Irene G. (Miller) Miller. Richard was employed by Uni-Mart Inc., formerly Penn Supreme, for many years as a retail manager at stores in the south central PA region. He was a member of York Spring United Methodist Church. He was a member of VFW in East Berlin. He is survived by one daughter, Angie C. and her husband Earl Rhea of Biglerville; one son, Doug L. Miller and his wife Celeste of Biglerville; two stepsons, David Wagner and his wife Melissa of York Springs and Damion Wagner and his wife Cheri of Lawton, OK; two grandchildren: Shane McCleaf and Chelsea Miller; six step-grandsons: Joshua Rhea, Michael Wagner, George Wagner, Jonathan Wagner, Blake Wagner, Wyatt Wagner; three sisters: Dorothy Williams of York Springs, Geraldine Miller of York, Janet Keesee of Carlisle; and a brother, William Miller of York Springs. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Robert and Ronald Miller and his companion of 17 years, Charlene Osmolski. Cremation services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main St., Bendersville. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 18 at York Springs United Methodist Church, 840 Trolley Road, York Springs with Reverend Bill McNeal officiating. A visitation will be held at the church from 10:30AM until time of services. Immediately following services, a luncheon will be held in the fellowship hall of the church.
