Richard Boyd Martin, Jr., age 79 of Carlisle, died Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Carlisle Regional Medical Center, Carlisle. He was born Tuesday, March 24, 1936 in Carlisle, the son of the late Richard Boyd and Francis (Carter) Martin. He is survived by his sister, Della M. Vogel of Shippensburg. Cremation services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.
