Richard Wayne Sinclair, Sr.

Richard Wayne Sinclair, Sr., age 64, of Shippensburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born May 22, 1959 in Springfield, Virginia, the son of the late Barnes D. and Florence Mary (Martin) Sinclair.

Richard was a veteran of the 101st Airborne and was an avid historical collector. After the military, Richard became a Federal Protection Officer.

Loving and devoted husband to his wife of 32 years, Brenda (Long) Sinclair of Shippensburg; two sons, Richard Wayne Sinclair, Jr. and his wife, Krystal of MD and Patrick Wayne Sinclair of Shippensburg; three daughters, April Lynn Sinclair of Chambersburg; Crystal Lynn Sibiga and her husband, John of Westminster, MD and Christine Marie Sinclair of Virginia; six grandchildren, Carter, Brooklyn, Emileigh, Blake, Savannah and Ezra; brother, Michael L. Sinclair; sister, Faye Allen and half-sibling; nephew, Alexander Sinclair and niece, Elizabeth Bryant.

Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. At this time, a memorial service will not be held.
