Rickland J. Baldwin, age 56 of South Mountain, died Friday, July 11, 2014 at South Mountain Restoration Center. He was born October 3, 1957. He is survived by his brother, Steve Dowell of Mesa, AZ. Cremation services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.
