Ricky L. Williams, age 54 of Chambersburg, died Friday, September 19, 2014 at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born Thursday, May 5, 1960 in Dallas, the child of the late Esko L. and Vera P. (Davis) Williams. He is survived by his sister, Koleta A. Williams, Aurora, CO. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.
