Robert A. Decker

Robert A. Decker, age 68 of Shippensburg, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 at the Chambersburg Hospital. He was born Friday, June 20, 1947 in Bronx, New York, the son of the late Harry N. and Angelina (De Simone) Decker. He was a member of the Durf-Kuhn VFW Post 6168, Shippensburg, VFW Post 6070, Newville, VFW Post 1599, Chambersburg, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Carlisle, Vietnam Veterans, Chambersburg, Marine Corp League, Chambersburg and American Legion Post 223, Shippensburg. He proudly served his country in the USMC during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife, of 25 years, Dianne L. (Weber) Decker, son, Kenneth (wife Heidi) Decker both of Shippensburg, PA, and a brother, Phillip Decker of New York. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Gregory Decker. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the funeral home. A viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.
