Robert Paul Feister Jr.

Robert Paul Feister, Jr., age 71 of Biglerville, passed away March 26, 2025 at home. He was born December 13, 1953 in Lancaster to the late Robert Paul Sr. and Catherine (Kitch) Feister.

Bob received his Bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University and was a Water Quality Specialist for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. He was a US Army Veteran; he was affiliated with the Trinity Christian Fellowship in Biglerville and sang with the Gettysburg Civic Chorus and the East Berlin Community Singers. He enjoyed fishing, golf and playing basketball, especially with his brother, Jerry. Bob also enjoyed gardening, especially native plants but most of all, he loved his family, grandchildren, granddog and all animals.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jane (Lawver) Feister; daughters, Lauren Cullison of Gettysburg and Sarah Cobb and husband, Christopher of Littlestown; grandchildren, Bryce Cobb and Sydney Cobb; brothers, Jerry Feister and life partner, Bonnie Hughes of Chambersburg, Michael Dewitski and wife, Romaine of Lancaster and Ronald Dewitski and wife, Judy of Lancaster. Bob was preceded in death by his sister Delores Walton and infant sister, Danielle Feister.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville. Friends are invited to a memorial service on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Trinity Fellowship Church, 300 E. York Street, Biglerville, PA 17307 at 11:00am. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until time of memorial service. Rev. John Weber and Rev. Dr. Thomas Lush will officiate the services.
