Robert K. Arnsberger

Robert K. Arnsberger, 75, of Biglerville, went to be with his Heavenly Father following a lengthly illness and courageous struggleon Thursday, November 11, 2010 while at the home of hisdaughter and son-in-law, Ruth andRandy Dunlap,in Biglerville andin thecare of his loving family. He was born on May 26, 1935 in Huntingdon Township, the son of the late John W. Arnsberger and Dorothy M. Johnson Arnsberger.He wasemployed by Temple Inlandwhere he worked for 41 years. He was a life long member of the Centenary United Methodist Church in Biglerville. He is survived by his belovedwife of 55 years, Margaret A. Fair Arnsberger; one daughter, Ruth A. Arnsberger Dunlap and her husband Randy R. Dunlap of Biglerville; one step-son, Gary L. Fair and his wife Penny Fair of Hanover; one sister, Barbara L. Bly of Gettysburg; one brother, Ronald L. Arnsberger of Biglerville; two granddaughters: Ashlei M. Dunlap and her two children - a great grandson: Austyn T. Dunlap and a great granddaughter: Mikaela E. Benoit -and Kylynn L. Dunlap and her fiance, Kain A. Becker, all of Biglerville and a number of nieces, nephews, loving friends and family. He was predeceased by one son, Kenneth D. Arnsberger; and four brothers: John G. Arnsberger, Henry J. Arnsberger, Clarence L. Arnsberger and Donald Arnsberger. There will be a viewing from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00PM on Friday, November 19, atDugan Funeral Home, Inc. 111 South Main Street, Bendersville, PA, 17306 and from 10:00AM until the time of service at11:00 AM on Saturday, November 20,at the Centenary United Methodist Church, 99 North Main Street, Biglerville, PA 17307. Communion will be offered during the service. The service will be co-officiated bythe Reverend Allyn Itterly, a long time family friend, and the Reverend Matthew Loyer.Susan Pelc, a close family friend, will serve as soloist. Immediately following the church service, all are welcome to attend a time of food and fellowship to be held inSt. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church's Fellowship Hall, 25 Franklin Street, Biglerville, PA 17307. Serving as pallbearers will be: Jeffrey Pentz, Terri Christina Black-Pentz, Kain A. Becker, Kylynn L. Dunlap, Ashlei M. Dunlap andCeleste Smith. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Austyn T. Dunlap, Mikaela E. Benoit and Reilly I. Pentz.
