Bob "Pork"

Robert E. Shields, age 66 of Shippensburg, died Wednesday October 13, 2021 at Chambersburg Hospital. Born June 6, 1955 in Carlisle, son of the late Anna Mary (Shields) Martin. Bob was a retired forklift operator for Allen Distribution in Carlisle. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Can-Am Spyder, long drives through the mountains, and spending time with family. Bob is survived by his wife of 6 years, Mona T. Shields of Shippensburg, daughter Kimberly Shields of Texas, step-daughters Jessica Ferguson of Shippensburg and Elizabeth Ferguson and Jennifer Ferguson, both of Westminster, MD and grandson, Hunter Ferguson of Shippensburg. He is also survived by his siblings, Sheral (Rodney) Jones, Rebecca (Daniel) Runshaw, Annie (Joe) Rohm, Terry Martin and Ronald Martin and numerous nieces and nephews Professional services have been entrusted to the Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive Shippensburg PA 17257. Family will receive friends from 3Pm to 5PM and from 7PM to 9PM on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the funeral home.
