Robert L. Taylor

Robert L. Taylor, age 77 of Aspers, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at York Hospital. He was born Friday, August 4, 1939. Robert was formerly employed by the Architect of the Capital in Washington DC as an air conditioning technician for 20 years. After retirement, he was a blacksmith and trained standard bred race horses. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda S. (Laudeman) Taylor. He is also survived by a sister, Johanna Ahrel of Corpus Christi, TX, a brother, Frederick Lieber of San Antonio, TX and several nieces and nephews. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Upper Lutheran Cemetery, Ringtown, PA with Reverend Craig Zimmeramn officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 100 East Main Street, Ringtown, PA 17967.
