Rosalee Meals

Rosalee Meals, age 66, of Carlisle, formerly of Dillsburg, died on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Claremont Nursing and Rehab in Carlisle. She was born Saturday, March 25, 1944 in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late Harry R. and Evelyn R. (Sweeney) Meals, Sr. Rosalee had beenemployed for many years as a caregiver in Tampa General Hospital in Florida. She also provided private care at Special Care and several nursing homes in Florida and Pennsylvania.She was a member ofCountry and Town Baptist Church in Mechanicsburg. She is survived by six brothers: Stanley Meals, Newport, Roy Meals, Shippensburg, Sterling Meals, Clay Center, KS, Gary Meals, Shippensburg, Gilbert Meals, Gardners and Kermit Meals, Dover; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Harry R. Meals, Jr. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 8 at Country and Town Baptist Church, 1822 S. Market Street, Mechanicsburg with Reverend Scott Minnich officiating. Interment will be in Bendersville Cemetery. A visitation will be held in the churchon Monday from 10:00 AM until time of services.
