Russell D. Hawk, Sr.

Russell D. Hawk Sr., age 43 of York Springs, passed away May 15, 2022 at home. He was born December 26, 1978 to Robert Hawk and Virginia (Cummings) Bretzman. Russell was a sheet metal foreman for J and S Fabrication, he enjoyed sports, especially golf and enjoyed sprint car racing. Russell is survived by his father, Robert Hawk and wife, Audrey of Littlestown, mother, Virginia Bretzman of York Springs, daughter, Sarah, married to Tony Zittel of Westminster, MD, son, Russell D. Hawk, Jr. of York Springs, brother, Robert Hawk and wife, Sherri of York Springs, step-brother, Chris Naugle and wife, Angie of New Cumberland and step-sister, Dana, married to Rick Attivo of Middletown. He was also survived by his significant other, Jen Pacana of York Springs. Russell was preceded in death by his step-father, David Bretzman. Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville. At the request of the family, there will be no Viewing. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 22 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Bross Pavilion, 397 Round Hill Road, East Berlin, PA 17316.
