Ruth L. Muehl

Ruth L. (Meyer) Muehl, age 76 of Chambersburg, passed away at her home on December 30, 2017. Ruth was a retired James Buchanan Middle School teacher and a lifelong volunteer. She is survived by her children, David Muehl, Mari Muehl, Paul Muehl, Beth Muehl and Katrina Harrigan. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Selma Meyer, sister, Carlene Putens, and her daughter, Louise Muehl. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, January 20 at 10:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 431 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg. A Visitation will be held at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg on Friday, January 19 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Ruth loved helping others.
