Sharon L. Sullivan, age 65 of Aspers, died Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at her home. She was born Saturday, June 5, 1948 in Harrisburg, the daughter of Hazel (Stewart) Poff of Enola and the late Harry L. Poff. Sharon graduated from East Pennsboro High School. She was formerly employed by Herff-Jones for approximately 15 years. She also had been employed by Artillery Ridge Campground and most recently by the Historical Center of Gettysburg. Sharon loved anything to do with lighthouses, reading crafting and flower gardening. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert H. Sullivan. She is also survived by three daughters, Michelle Powell of Cumberland, MD, Marie Lehman of York, Mandy Plank of Gettysburg; one son, Donald Sullivan of Gettysburg; six grandchildren and four brothers, Ken Poff of Enola, Harry Poff of Mechanicsburg, Richard Poff of Enola, and Ronald Poff of New Cumberland. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 23 at 7:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home with Reverend Allen Joines officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home two hours prior to the services.
