Sheila M. Swartz

Sheila Mae Mozingo Swartz, age 62 of Upper Strasburg, died on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born on February 10, 1952 in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late William Mozingo and Mildred Bailey. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by her husband of over 44 years, Larry Swartz, Sr. whom she married on June 26, 1970; one daughter, Wendy Swartz of Watsontown and one son, Larry Swartz, Jr. of Harrisburg; siblings, Delores Unger of Shippensburg, Paul Mozingo of FL, Ronald Mozingo of Pleasant Hall, Ralph and Gary Mozingo, both of Newburg, Suzanne McCoy of Greenvillage and David Mozingo of Grantville; three grandchildren, Lyndsie Heisey of New Cumberland, Logan of Ashland and Shianne Rose of Florida; a great-grandchild, Micaela Mae, all of whom she greatly loved and adored. Three brothers and three sisters preceded her in death. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. Services will be scheduled at a future date.
