Shirley W. Beltz

Shirley W. Beltz, age 73, of Newburg, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Shippensburg Healthcare Center. She was born Tuesday, January 28, 1947 in McConnellsburg, the daughter of the late John H. and Lottie M. (Bradnick) Seville. Shirley was a homemaker most of her life. Her and her husband Joe loved their dog. They took her everywhere with them. Her husband, Harold W. "Joe" Beltz passed away June of 2017. She is survived by three brothers, Dave Seville of McConnellsburg, Alvin A. Seville of Greencastle, Edward Seville of McConnellsburg; two sisters, Doris Keefer of McConnellsburg, Mildred Guyer of McConnellsburg and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by Carl Seville, Betty Seville, Raymond Seville, Nelly Seville, Ronald Seville, Allen Seville, Richard Seville, Kenny Seville, Beulah Seville, Maynard Seville, Bobbie Seville, Jean Seville, Lottie and John Seville. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, March 9 at Mongul Cemetery, 4162 Roxbury Rd., Shippensburg with Reverend Wayne Hall officiating.
