Shirley L. Kyle

Shirley Louise Kyle, age 76, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Green Ridge Village, Newville. She was born April 19, 1943 in Upper Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, the daughter of the late Ralph and Blanche (Neidigh) Gutshall. Shirley graduated from Big Spring High School. She enjoyed babysitting the local kids in Newville. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching NASCAR and cooking for her family. She was a current member of Christian Bible Fellowship Church and a former member of Dublin Gap Church of God in Newville. Shirley is survived by her loving sons, Daniel J. Kyle (Kathleen) of Newville and David J. Kyle (Luanne) of Newville, sister, Beatrice Miller of Newville; six grandchildren, Samantha Duvall, Lauren Kyle, Abigail Duvall, Grace Kyle, Dominick Kyle and Faith Kyle and one great-grandson, Domingo Vasquez IV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, James John Kyle; three brothers, Ralph, Jim and Eugene Gutshall and two sisters, Charlotte Miller and Alice Miller. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 17 at Christian Bible Fellowship Church, 49 Stamy Road, Newville with Pastor Jim Moats officiating. A Visitation will take place from 12:00 PM until time of services. Interment will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Newville following the service.
