Shirley L. Rhinehart

Shirley L. Rhinehart, age 65 of Gardners, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital. She was born Tuesday, September 11, 1956 in Chambersburg, the daughter of the late John W. Furry and the late Naomi R. (Shields) Baer. Shirley was formerly employed by McCoy Electronics in Mt. Holly Springs for 25 years. She loved to crochet, watch NASCAR and crime shows. She enjoyed going to thrift shops and yard sales. She especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Henry D. Rhinehart, to whom she was married for 45 years. She is also survived by her daughter, Michelle E. Rhinehart of Gardners, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, three sisters, Patricia Beck of Carlisle, Betty Martin of Carlisle, Brenda Strine of Fayetteville, and three brothers, Richard Baer of Chambersburg, Willis Baer of Newville and Ephraim Bear, Jr. of State College. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. A Celebration of life will be announced when arrangements are complete.
