Stephen G. Harbold

Stephen G. Harbold, age 76, of Dillsburg, passed away November 23, 2023 at Holy Spirit Hospital. He was born January 31, 1947 in Hanover, a son of the late Ervin and Nellie (Gardner) Harbold.

Steve graduated from Stevens Trade School in Lancaster, Pa in 1967. He attended Chestnut Grove Lutheran Church, was a courier for several companies, collected antiques and liked all sports, especially baseball.

He is survived by his siblings, Esther Sanders of Biglerville, Thomas Harbold and wife, Dorothy of East Berlin, Susan Fahnestock and husband, Harry of Carlisle, Margaret Harbold of East Berlin and Randy Harbold and wife, Sue of Lancaster and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his siblings, Walter Harbold, Jean King, Joan Trostle, Donald Harbold, Jay Robert Harbold and Charlotte Harbold.

Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville. Friends will be received from 10:00am until the time of memorial service at 11:00am on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Chestnut Grove Lutheran Church, 1136 Mountain Road, York Springs, PA 17372. Pastor Rosemary Backer will officiate the service. Steve will be laid to rest at Sunnyside Cemetery.
