Steven F. Buchanan, Sr.

Steven Francis Buchanan, Sr., 59 of Gettysburg, died Saturday, March 2, 2013 at his home. He was born Wednesday, September 23, 1953 in Baltimore, Maryland, the child of the late Charles Vermont and Marie R. (Quinn) Sanphillipo. Steven was self employed as a painter his whole life. He is survived by three sons: Lucas Buchanan of York, PA, Victor M. Buchanan of York, PA, and Steven F. Buchanan, Jr. of Gettysburg; four sisters: Nancy L. Sexton, Gloria Henning, Jeannie Henderson, Debra Hammel; and two brothers: John E. Buchanan and Thomas Buchanan. Cremation services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc. in Bendersville, PA.
