Thomas E. Carter

Thomas Edward Carter, age 67 of Biglerville, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2018 at his home. He was born February 27, 1951 in Newark, NJ, the son of the late Edward and Joan (Walsh) Carter. Thomas was a Construction Superintendent at Coakley Williams. He is survived by his son Scott Carter of Little Falls, NJ; his daughter Lauren Mullins of Sandy Hook, VA; one brother Gerry Carter and seven grandchildren. Thomas is also survived by his companion, Brenda Bentz. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.
