Tillie W. Wagaman, age 98 of Aspers, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 at SpiriTrust Home in Gettysburg. She was born Thursday, September 5, 1918 in Menallen Township, Adams County, the daughter of the late Claytonand Edna(Kane) Warren. Tillie was formerly employed by Knouse Foods, Peach Glen for many years. She was a member of Wenksville United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday school, Women's Aid Society of WUMC and Bendersville Fire Company Auxiliary. She loved to read, sew and bake. She also enjoyed travelling all over the United States, the Caribbean and Canada. Her husband, Frank R. Wagaman passed away in 1965. She is survived by four sons, Gary R. and wife Phyllis Wagaman of Biglerville, Kenneth E. and wife Janet Wagaman of Bendersville, Roger L. and wife Vicki Wagaman of York Springs, Randy F. and wife Sue Wagaman of Aspers, eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a brother, Fred Warren of Biglerville. She was preceded in death by nine sisters and two brothers. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, January 7,at Wenksville United Methodist Church, 2010 Wenksville Road, Biglerville with Reverend Rick Robinson officiating. Interment will be in Wenksville Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church from 1:30 PM until time of services.
