Timothy M. Finnegan, age 68 of South Mountain, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at South Mountain Restoration Center. He was born Thursday, January 20, 1949 in Philadelphia, the child of the late John and Mary (Dougherty) Finnegan. He is survived by his siblings, Kathy Harrigan and Brian Finnegan both of Phoenixville and John Finnegan of Cleveland Heights, OH. Cremation services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Services will be at the discretion of the family.
