William V. Abbott, Iii

William V. Abbott, III, 88, passed away peacefully in his Suffolk, VA home on Thursday, October 6, 2016. He was a native of Reading, PA, born to Jeanne and William Abbott, II. He served in the US Marines in Korea and Vietnam. He retired as a Weather Tech from Systems Appliance Inc. He was predeceased by his wife Fern Heller Abbott in 2005. William is survived by his daughters Cynthia Reno (Rick) of Suffolk and Kimberly Weaver (Ronnie) of Accokeek, MD, and a grandson, Raymond Weaver of Accokeek. Funeral services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc.,111 S. Main Street, Bendersville, PA. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 14 at Dugan Funeral Home with Reverend B. Wesley Smith, III officiating. Private interment will be in Biglerville Cemetery. A viewing will be held at 11:00 AM until time of services.
