William E Fickes, age 54, of Shippensburg, PA, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at his home. Born Friday, November 4, 1966, he was the son of the late Richard and Lois (Simpson) Fickes. He is survived by his wife Noreen M. (Starliper) Fickes, four children: Tyler E. Fickes, Kyle A. Starliper, Ashley R. Clugh and Shane M. Starliper, and six grandchildren: Araina R. Clugh, Raiden H. Clugh, Boston E. Clugh, Elliott J. Clugh, Garrett W. Starliper and Emmett J. Starliper. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg. Interment will follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 27 at the Funeral Home.
