William M. Shoap, age 65, of Orrtanna, died Saturday, January 11, 2020. He was born February 1, 1954 in Chambersburg, son of the late Orville W. and Sabrina (Rhoads) Shoap. William served in the U.S. Army. William is survived by one loving daughter, Debra Goshorn and her husband, Randy of Shippensburg; sister, Mary L. Rowe; two granddaughters and one step-grandson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lee Shoap in 1962. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg.
