William W. Miller

William W. Miller, 71of New Oxford died onSunday, July 18, 2010 at Hanover Hospital. He was born Wednesday, January 18, 1939 in Aspers the son of the late Melvin and Merle(Black) Miller. William attended Biglerville High School. He was formerly employed by Borg Warner in York for 30 years. He was a member of Moose Lodge 1526 of Gettysburg and Fairfield AmVets.He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1959. He is survived by three daughters: Wanda L. Carr, Gardners, Brenda L. Miller, New Oxford, Linda L. Arentz, Hanover; two sisters: Shirley Miller, Gettysburg, Carol Weikert, New Oxford and four brothers: Robert Miller in California, Clair Miller in Tennessee, Donald Miller and Eddie Miller, both of Biglerville. He was preceded in death by his brother Owen Miller. Professional services are being handled by Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 South Main Street, Bendersville where the family will receive friends on Friday, July 23rd from 1:00 3:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday with the Reverend Susan J. McCarthy officiating. Interment will be in Benders Church Cemetery, Biglerville.
